Privacy policy
How we handle information when you contact us through this website.
Effective date: 2026-10-05
Who is responsible for your information
Instant Pest Now is responsible for the information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@instantpestnow.com.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, phone number, area or ZIP code, property type, requested service, preferred timing and message. We may also receive the page you contacted us from, referring website and campaign information attached to the visit. The form uses temporary hourly records with a keyed hash of the request’s network address to limit repeated submissions.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, confirm service availability, arrange pest-control work, keep service records, prevent misuse of the form and understand which pages lead to enquiries.
Who receives it
Website enquiries are sent through the business’s authenticated mail server to the business administrator. Our website host and email providers may process limited information while providing their services. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained as needed to respond to the request and maintain necessary service records. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion. Information connected to a customer service record may be kept longer when needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Temporary form-protection records are used only to enforce the submission limit. Records older than two hours are removed when another enquiry passes the rate-limit check.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use analytics cookies on this website.
Security and your choices
We use reasonable technical measures to protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee complete security. You may ask us to correct or delete information that we hold about you, subject to records we need to keep for legal or business reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or service providers change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
